Niagara police seeking 2 suspects after robbery at Wellandport business

Niagara police are investigating after a robbery at a business on Canborough Road in the Town of Wellandport took place Tuesday night.

Officers told CHCH News that the robbery happened at around 10:45 p.m. but luckily no one was reported injured.

Police say two male suspects entered the store and made a demand for cash while brandishing handguns.

The suspects then stole an amount of cash and merchandise from the business and fled the scene.

Police are looking for two white males, who were wearing all black clothing and facemasks.

Investigators say there are no arrests at this time.
