Multiple phone providers experiencing network outages

Rogers, Bell, Telus, and Freedom Mobile have been experiencing a national network outage.

The outage is directly impacting the ability to make or receive phone calls.

Rogers warned customers of possible dropped calls or the inability to place or receive calls on their mobile and wireless home phones.

The outage is also causing problems for first responders.

London police tweeted about the issue saying to use a Bell provider to contact 9-1-1.

Please be advised the ROGERS network is down globally. Please use a bell provider or landline to contact 911. ROGERS is actively working to repair the issues.

All carriers have said they are actively working to repair the issue but that there is no estimated time as to when service will be restored.
