Motorcyclist dies in hospital following two-vehicle crash in Niagara Falls

A 51-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle crash on Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls.

It happened near Kalar Rd. on Saturday.

Police say a black Harley Davidson motorcycle and a silver Honda Element collided around 4 p.m.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 51-year-old man from Niagara Falls, suffered critical injuries and was rushed to hospital where he later died.

A 71-year-old woman from Niagara Falls was driving the Honda and was also transported to an area hospital for assessment.

No charges have been laid at this time.

The investigation remains ongoing by detectives from the Niagara Regional Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
