Halton police say a motorcyclist has died following a crash in Oakville.

On Tuesday at around 6:43 p.m., officers say a crash took place at the intersection of Dundas Street and Eighth Line involving a motorcycle and a silver sedan.

No other injuries were reported in the other vehicle. Roads were closed for this investigation but have since reopened.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash camera video who has not already spoken to police is asked to call the Halton Regional Police Collision Reconstruction Unit at 905-825-4747 ext. 5065 or email cru@haltonpolice.ca.
