More charges laid against Hood’s accused killer

We have new information about the man accused of murdering 19-year old Maddie Hood of St Catharines.

She died in a fire in July, and another teen – Cassell Farnsworth, 19 – was charged with her murder. Now as Melissa Raftis reports, he’s facing even more charges.
