150 competitors from across Eastern Ontario took part in the ITF-TAO challenge Taekwondo tournament in Oakville.

The local friendship tournament hosted by Morningstar Taekwondo was an opportunity to introduce children of all ages to sparing and pattern competition before they move on to provincial, national and international championship tournaments.

It was also an opportunity for higher level students to hone their skills and practice performing under pressure.
