Mixed feeling on streets as Toronto mayor set to return

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford returns to office today after two months in rehab, to deal with drug and alcohol addiction.

He will hold an invitation-only media availability this afternoon, in which he will not take any questions. Torontonians that CHCH’s Nicole Martin spoke to this morning (video above) said that Ford should either focus on his health, or start answering questions.
