Mississauga senior tasered

An 80 year old woman has been tasered by police in Peel Region. Three officers encountered her walking in Mississauga very early last Wednesday morning.

After an argument, one of the officers discharged a taser. The woman fell to the ground, fracturing her hip.

Since police were involved in her injury, Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit is on the case.
