Members happy to be back at ‘in person’ gyms

Under the Red-Control Category, gyms in Hamilton and Halton can reopen their doors to clients with a maximum capacity of ten people.

Members of Momentum Fitness say they are excited to be back in the physical space which allows them to “work harder.”

Owner Tyler Ouwendyk says it brings a sense of community “you can’t beat.”

Brant and Haldimand Norfolk counties can have a larger amount of people indoors under the Orange-Restrict Category, as long as they are 2 metres apart.
