McMaster students flood Dalewood area for unsanctioned homecoming events

A nuisance party has been declared for the Dalewood area near McMaster University where thousands of students have gathered despite threats of fines by police.

Police officially declared a nuisance party in the Dalewood area Saturday afternoon as thousands crowded the streets.

The street party is expected to continue into Saturday night and officers will remain in the area to monitor the crowds.
