McGuinty Grits deny hydro sticker shock
Ontario has announced that large, industrial companies and manufacturers will be allowed to switch to time-of-use pricing in off-peak periods to lower their hydro costs.
Earlier Tuesday, reports claimed the change might cause homeowners to pay $48 a year more for electricity. The McGuinty Liberals say that’s just not true. More from Bob Komsic at Queen’s Park.
