McCallion: “We don’t build white elephants”

Mississauga’s mayor says she’s interested in the Ticats – but only if they can’t make a deal with Hamilton, and if it makes business sense.

Hazel McCallion told CHCH News that stadiums are expensive, and that there’s no money in the city’s budget for one. “We don’t build white elephants in Mississauga.”
