Marineland ordered to return orca

(Video Added) Ontario’s highest court has told Marineland it must return a nine-year-old whale to Sea World in Florida.

The orca named Ikaika was loaned to the theme park five years ago as part of a breeding agreement. but when Sea World said it wanted to terminate the agreement, Marineland took the issue to court.

The main argument was over when the agreement could be terminated.

On Wednesday a judge dismissed an appeal. Marineland says the theme park is disappointed in the decision.
