Man charged with uttering threats at Fort Erie restaurant

A 36-year-old man is facing charges following a disturbance at a Fort Erie restaurant over the weekend.

Police were called to a business in the area of Erie Rd. and Oakwood Ave. around 1:20 a.m. on Sunday.

Investigators say a man with a gun entered the restaurant and threatened staff members. No one was hurt during the incident.

Dustin Clark, of Fort Erie, was arrested at a nearby residence.

He has been charged with uttering threats and possession of a weapon for a dangerous person.

He is currently being held in custody pending a bail hearing on Monday.
