Man, 19, wanted for 2025 dangerous driving incident in St. Catharines

Niagara police are looking for a 19-year-old man who is wanted for dangerous driving after a 2025 incident in St. Catharines.

At around 3 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2025, officers say they were called to Christopher Street for reports of a disturbance.

Investigators determined that a man operating a red sedan drove aggressively toward two people who were attempting to flee.

Detectives allege bear spray was also used in the incident.

Authorities allege 19-year-old Josh Pangallo, of no fixed address, is responsible for the incident.

Police tell anyone who may see Pangallo to not approach him and call 911.
