Mac study: women make better decisions
Here’s one to fuel the battle of the sexes.
Researchers at McMaster University say women make better decisions than men. A survey of more than 600 board directors showed women are more likely to consider the rights of others and take a co-operative approach when they are making decisions.
Researchers believe that trait, coupled with women’s abilities to make fair decisions when competing interests are at stake, make them better corporate leaders.
