Luigi Mangione’s gun fingerprints match crime-scene shell casings
New York City’s police commissioner says the gun found on the suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO matches the shell casings found at the crime scene.
Commissioner Jessica Tisch also stated on Wednesday that lab results linked suspect Luigi Mangione’s fingerprints to a water bottle and a snack bar wrapper found near the scene of the killing.
Mangione is currently jailed in Pennsylvania on weapons and forgery charges but has also been charged with murder in Brian Thompson’s death.
