Another big honour for an award-winning restaurant in Lincoln, the Restaurant Pearl Morissette has won this year’s Art of Hospitality award from North America’s Best Restaurants.

It’s been honoured for excellence in service and overall dining experience, with their featured French-inspired farm-to-table cuisine.

The restaurant overlooks the Pearl Morissette Winery, a winery, a garden and an orchard.

A spokesperson for North America’s Best Restaurants says what sets Restaurant Pearl Morissette apart is, “how effortlessly the team combines creativity, sustainability, and genuine care for their guests. Every visit feels personal and considered.”

Last year the restaurant earned themselves a second Michelin star — meaning “excellent cooking, worth making a detour for” — following their first star awarded in 2024.

It was also ranked at the No. 1 spot on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants list for 2025.
