Landlord charged in tenant attack

Hamilton man faces charges for allegedly attacking tenant


A Hamilton landlord has been arrested for allegedly assaulting one of his tenants.
Police were called to a rooming house on Barton Street east near Smith avenue on Monday, after a 49 year old tenant was kicked and punched several times.
The tenant was sent to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

59 year old Lawrence Curto of Hamilton is charged with assault.
