Metrolinx says the Lakeshore West Line will be temporarily modified this weekend as critical track work will cause service disruptions.
From Saturday until the end of service on Sunday, there will be no GO train service between Oakville and Exhibition GO stations.
There will still be GO train service between Niagara Falls and Oakville GO stations, as well as between Exhibition GO and Union Station in Toronto.
Replacement buses will serve Oakville and Clarkson GO, and then run directly between Clarkson GO and Union Station.
Metrolinx says there will be no GO Transit services at Port Credit, Long Branch, or at Mimico GO stations.
It also says it will begin some late-night service adjustments Friday, with two extra westbound trains for customers getting home from events near Exhibition GO Station.
Regular service will resume on Monday.
The transportation agency says it is transforming GO Transit to bring more frequent two-way, all-day service to the Lakeshore West Line, seven days a week as part of the GO Expansion project.
This is the first weekend this month where the track work will disrupt the Lakeshore West Line, with the next scheduled to happen on the weekend of Sept. 27.
