Judge wants to make sure dirty doc gets punished

A Hamilton doctor who made a pornographic videotape of a sedated, unconscious patient was back in court today.

Justin Onzuka was supposed to be sentenced on two sexual assault charges — but the judge expressed concern that the defence and prosecution lawyers wanted to let him off too easily. Al Sweeney was at the hearing and joins us with the details.
