Investigators’ prosecution could put cases at risk

The criminal prosecution of two Hamilton police officers has caused a stir on the streets.

Drug investigations conducted by the officers are now getting some close scrutiny by local defence attorneys and crown prosecutors to see whether the information will still stand up in court.

Scot Urquhart talked to some of the attorneys involved today to find out how much damage these arrests could do to drug prosecutions in our area.
