International Marketplace celebrates Syrian culture

The International Marketplace has been a favourite event in Hamilton’s downtown core for more than a decade.

The event takes place at the First Unitarian Church on Dundurn Street South.

The marketplace features local newcomer artisans, delicious cultural food, and ethical holiday shopping. And this year’s “Taste of the Middle East’ celebrates Syrian culture with food made by newly arrived Syrian cooks.

The International Marketplace continues tomorrow from 10am-5pm.
