If you’re a fan of the high end American retailer “Saks Fifth Avenue”, soon you won’t have to cross the border to shop there. It was announced Monday that the Hudson’s Bay Company is going to pay almost $3 billion for the luxury retailer. Sean Cowan has more on when Saks will be on this side of the 49th parallel.
