Harper shows range of emotions in Duffy debacle

Prime Minister Stephen Harper finally commented on the scandal surrounding Senator Mike Duffy Wednesday.

He said he was not consulted about the $90-thousand cheque, nor did he know about it. Harper said if he had been informed, he would not have approved it.
