Harper drops in at Oakville Ford plant

The federal government is offering more support for this region’s auto industry and the jobs that go with it.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper was at Ford in Oakville today, extending a program that offers tax money to encourage auto companies to invest in the industry. Critics say that’s great, but more needs to be done, and right away. Al Sweeney was there for the announcement.
