Justin Trudeau to deal with  Donald Trump when he takes office January 20th until the return of Parliament in March. Despite his resignation, Trudeau will remain Prime Minister until the Liberals select a new leader.

The Prime Minister isn’t expected to speak with U.S lawmakers, however, he is expected to meet with some American businessmen amid  25 percent tariff threat from  Trump.

The Prime Minister is in Washington for the funeral of former U.S. president Jimmy Carter. Trudeau sat with other world leaders, including UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
