Hamilton’s Tiffany-Barton shelter audit reveals over budgeting, insufficiencies, poor management

There’s a cost to cutting corners. That is what Hamilton’s managerial watchdog highlighted following an audit of the Tiffany-Barton shelter site. During a special committee meeting, the city’s Auditor General presented his report on the project’s management, citing that it was over budget, has insufficient units and the company tasked to supply the shelters lacked a track record.
