Hamilton’s public health calling the surge in COVID cases ‘extremely concerning’

Extremely concerning, that’s what Hamilton public health is calling the surge in covid-19 cases across the city. The medical officer of health says the city is averaging 43 new cases a day and rising. Matt Ingram reports.
