Hamilton’s Avro Lancaster flies to Ottawa for Canada 150

Hamilton’s iconic Avro Lancaster showed off it’s new colours to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday.

The always impressive aircraft made a significant contribution in World War Two.

The massive plane is North America’s only flying Lancaster.

It made a flight to Ottawa today to take part in Canada 150 celebrations and made it back to Hamilton in good time.
