Hamilton police seek witnesses after interaction between 2 people

Hamilton police continue to investigate an incident in the city’s east end and are asking any witnesses to come forward.

Officers say there was an interaction between a male student from St. Luke Catholic Elementary School and an unknown male at 9 a.m. on Dec. 16.

The incident took place at 345 Albright Road just outside the front entrance of the school.

The unknown person remains unidentified and police are looking for witnesses who may have been in the area and observed the suspect.

The suspect is described as Black, 16 to 18-years-old, five-foot-eight, thin build and black braided hair to his ears.

Police say he was last seen running westbound away from the school wearing a light neon green jacket, black pants, a black backpack and silver earrings.
