Hamilton police seek 4 men in armed jewelry store robbery

Hamilton police are investigating a jewelry store robbery on Sept. 7 around 4 p.m. in the area of Upper James St. and Lincoln Alexander Parkway.

Four suspects entered the business with various weapons including a firearm. Police say several employees and customers were in the store at the time of the incident. The suspects took merchandise from the store and fled in a dark coloured newer SUV. The vehicle was last seen entering the QEW from the Lincoln Alexander Parkway.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect #1 – Male, white, approx. 16-25 years old,
Suspect #2 – Male, black, unknown age
Suspect #3 – Male, of unknown race or age
Suspect #4 – Male, black, 16-25 years old

The Hamilton Police BEAR Unit has taken carriage of the investigation and continue to investigate the incident.
