Hamilton man arrested in threats against airport, hospitals

A Hamilton man has been arrested and charged in connection with online threats against the airport and hospitals.

Police say threats were made to John C. Munro International Airport and Hamilton Health Sciences on several occasions.

Officers executed a search warrant at a Hamilton home.

Anthony Antoski-Southon was arrested without incident.

The 22-year-old has been charged with three counts of uttering threats to cause death.

He also faces charges of mischief, unauthorized use of a computer and failing to comply with recognizance.

There were no flight disruptions because of the threats and police believe both the airport and the hospitals are safe.
