Hamilton police have arrested a man for a stabbing that sent another man to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries Wednesday night.

Officers say a 31-year-old man was stabbed at a residence in the area of Francis Street and Douglas Avenue at around 10 p.m.

The accused, a 57-year-old Hamilton man, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
