A 21-year-old man is facing multiple charges following a shooting in Hamilton’s east end earlier this month.

Hamilton police say the shooting happened on Aug. 3 on Gibson Avenue near King Street East.

No one was injured, but investigators are still trying to identify the intended victim and are urging them to come forward.

Marques Griffiths of Hamilton was arrested Tuesday and charged with several offences, including possession of a prohibited loaded firearm and reckless discharge of a firearm.
