Kabul’s international airport has been closed to commercial flights, cutting off one of the last avenues to escape the country for Afghans fearful of Taliban rule. Canada has pledged to take in tens of thousands of refugees but it’s unclear how that will happen at this time. Anastasia Anokye spoke with a Hamilton family stuck in Kabul fearing for their life.
