Hamilton doctor facing more sex charges

A Hamilton pediatrician convicted of sexually assaulting a teenage boy in April 2013, is testifying today as he faces new charges.

While Dr. Daniel Marshall was found guilty of assaulting one boy in 2013, he was acquitted on 33 other charges.

The 58-year old is now facing charges of sexual exploitation, sexual interference and two counts of sexual assault relating to incidents with two former patients dating back to 1990.

Marshall is also facing a disciplinary hearing through the College of Physicians and Surgeons scheduled for next month.
