Hamilton crash victim named

Cambridge woman involved in Good Friday crash.
Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit says 38-year-old Bibi Shazeena Ally of Cambridge died in the single vehicle crash that happened around 10am on Middletown Road just north of Concession Road 5.
According to police the car ran the stop sign at the intersection, ending up in the ditch where it struck a tree.
An officer was in the area, blocking traffic for a bike race.
For that reason the SIU was called in, but the officer wasn’t involved in the crash.
