Long time Hamilton city councillor Chad Collins will be stepping away from his municipal role to run for the Federal Liberal Party. Collins announced today that he is the declared liberal candidate for Hamilton East Stoney Creek, and is ready to take a leave of absence from council whenever an election is called.
