Hamilton auto thefts drop for first time since pandemic

VIDEO: For the first time since the pandemic, Hamilton Police are reporting a decrease in the number of cars stolen in the last year. It matches the provincial trend as well with numbers down across the board but drivers shouldn’t expect their car insurance payments to go down any time soon.
