A Scarborough man is facing charges after Hamilton Police found a handgun and drugs.

Police seized a loaded semi-automatic pistol, nine grams of cocaine, five grams of marijuana, a digital scale and cell phones from a man getting into a vehicle at a Hamilton hotel at Dundurn and York.

Duane Vivian, 23, is facing several drug and weapons charges. The driver of the car – a 25 year-old Brantford woman – faces drug charges.
