‘Granscam’ suspects to wait a week for bail

Bail hearings were put over until next week for the seven people charged in the so-called grandparent scam.

Halton police arrested them Monday and Tuesday, and say they’re responsible for defrauding senior citizens out of millions, through a convincing – but phony – phone call.
