Georgetown man, 33, charged with luring, sexually assaulting teenage girl
Halton police have arrested a 33-year-old man following an investigation into the sexual assault of a teenage girl.
William Lewis Stull, of Georgetown, faces five charges including two counts of luring a child, invitation to sexual touching, sexual assault, and sexual interference.
Police allege Stull met the victim on a social media application called “Omegle” and provided her with his contact name for another social media application called “KIK” where they began exchanging messages.
Investigators say Stull used the name “22badboi22” while communicating online.
Police say the pair arranged to meet in person where the teenage girl was sexually assaulted.
Stull has been held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.
Police believe there may be more victims and are asking anyone who communicated with “22badboi22” online to contact Det. Const. Amanda Bodin from the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit at 905-465-8918.
Halton police are also reminding sexual assault survivors and victims that there is no statute of limitation when it comes to reporting a sexual assault. Police say no matter how long ago the sexual assault happened, you can still report it to police for investigation.
