Free admission at Dundurn Castle this Sunday to celebrate Victorian Christmas

The City of Hamilton is offering free admission at Dundurn Castle on Sunday to celebrate the return of Victorian Christmas.

Guests will be immersed in the experience of a traditional Victorian Christmas at the mid-19th century home of Sir Allan MacNab and his family.

A Christmas open house on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. will present the decorations provided by the Garden Club of Hamilton, with cedar boughs, ribbons and dried flowers.

Victorian carolers will be performing outside and a handmade mini-market will be set up at the coach house.

Donations of a non-perishable food item are being accepted as well.
