The developmentally delayed victim who was lured to an apartment and forced to endure a pair’s sadistic whims for three weeks is speaking exclusively to our Lisa Hepfner.

Last week we broke the news that his convicted torturers – Stanley Brown and Dakota Thompson – won their appeal and had their sentences almost cut in half.
