Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say an 80-year-old driver is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a three-vehicle collision in Flamborough early Thursday afternoon.
OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says the crash happened on Highway 6 between Parkside Drive and Concession 5 Road.
A vehicle travelling southbound crossed over into the northbound lanes, hitting two vehicles.

Schmidt says the 80-year-old driver of the vehicle travelling southbound is the “most seriously injured person.”
Three others were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Highway 6 was fully closed between Parkside Drive and Concession 5 Road, but has since reopened.
