Premier Doug Ford is expected to meet with his Alberta counterpart tomorrow at the Calgary Stampede to sign a memorandum of understanding on energy and trade between provinces. The meeting and agreement are somewhat unexpected, given the rocky relationship between the two Conservative premiers.
