Doctor faces new charges

A veteran Hamilton Pediatrician who’s facing sex-related charges, is back in custody on a new charge.

Dr. Daniel Marshall has been re-arrested on breach of recognizance.

Marshall was first arrested in July 2010, following a complaint filed by an 11-year-old boy who was a patient.

He was arrested again in January last year and charged with more counts of sexual assault and sexual interference.
