Dispute drags on over details

The union representing locked-out corrections officers from the Barton St jail in Hamilton has rejected the latest offer, but offered up a count-proposal.

They have reached an agreement on terms for the officers returning to work, but remain at odds with respect to any punishments the officers will incur.
