Junior kindergarten to grade 5 students at William Osler Elementary school in Dundas contributed to the writing of a story book aimed at teaching kindness and acceptance.

On Wednesday, students wore pink in honour of the International Day Against Bullying, Discrimination, Homophobia and Transphobia.

Throughout the school year, they practiced “kindness is contagious.” The story the children wrote wil be published and printed in May and students say it’s an important message to share.
